Returns and Shipping

Within Australia- There is flat fee of $5 per order for all orders to be sent within Australia

International- There is a flat fee of $10 for all orders to be sent to New Zealand

All parcels will be sent via airmail with Australia Post. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks depending on location. Please contact me if you have not received your parcel within this time and I will follow up with Australia Post to the best of my ability, however, it must be appreciated that once a parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for parcel delivery lies with the postal company.

Please contact me via the contacts page or email moonunit.freya@gmail.com within 28 days of purchase if you require a refund. Returned goods must be in unused condition with all labels and packaging intact. The The purchase price of the item will be refunded less any postage costs incurred.

Please notify me within 28 days if any goods received are faulty. Postage costs and purchase costs will be refunded or the item exchanged if the original item sent is faulty. Please bear in mind that I make every effort to ensure that materials are in good condition. However, upcycled goods are made from recycled and salvaged materials including genuine vintage lace, buttons and fabric. Small marks associated with the age of pieces on upcycled garments will not be considered ‘faulty’ and contribute to the unique character of the piece.

Please follow any washing and care instructions that you receive with garments as damage caused through improper care will not be refunded.
